Shipping policy

- Processing time is currently 6-7 business days. Processing time is the amount of time it takes me to prepare your order before it has to be shipped.  

- We only ship through USPS.

-Shipping prices start at around $4.45 and go up based on weight and location.

-We currently DO NOT offer any free shipping at this time.

- Once I have dropped your box off at the post office I am not responsible for anything that happens during the shipping process. I try to package everything as safely and secure as possible.

- If your package is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged please file a claim with USPS. I have no control over what happens during the shipping process and cannot help with these issues

- Please ensure that your address is accurately entered when providing payment. I cannot alter the shipping address once you have paid

Refunds

If for any reason a crystal(s) arrives broken, please email me at michellerod92@yahoo.com with your name and order number along with a picture of the broken item(s), I will happily replace, refund or offer store credit for the item(s) only. If everything arrives broken, including the box, that is no longer something I can help with. Submitting a claim to USPS if your items broke in transit, helps me and you still get paid and/or refunded. Thank you!

ANIME ART X DAMI does not offer refunds but can remake the painting if it arrives broken or damaged. Please send a picture of the painting to my email michellerod92@yahoo.com. If any other questions or concerns, please don't be afraid to reach out.

Repurposed books (Blind Date w/ a Book) 

- Just a friendly reminder that these books are previously owned books. Some books may not be in the most perfect condition. However, I try to pick the best ones to give to you.

- I currently DO NOT offer refunds or returns on these items.
